I found Bag of Bones to be a hauntingly beautiful exploration of loss and the creative process. King's portrayal of Mike Noonan's grief felt raw and authentic, which made the supernatural elements even more compelling. The way the past and present intertwine gave the story a layered depth that kept me hooked throughout. I especially appreciated how the eerie setting of Dark Score Lake became almost a character itself, amplifying the suspense. What did you think about the way King balanced the emotional and supernatural aspects of the story?

What really stood out to me was King's ability to merge a chilling ghost story with profound reflections on healing and moving forward after tragedy. The pacing was excellent, with moments of quiet introspection punctuated by tense, suspenseful scenes. I loved how the mystery unraveled slowly but purposefully, keeping me guessing until the very end. Mike's struggle with writer's block amidst personal turmoil was something I found very relatable. Which character or subplot did you find most memorable or impactful in Bag of Bones?
