I found Foundation's Edge to be a fascinating continuation of Asimov's universe. The way it revisits the concept of psychohistory while introducing new perspectives adds depth to the saga. I particularly enjoyed the interplay between the characters as they navigate political intrigue and existential questions. The pacing can feel a bit dense at times, especially when the narrative dips into heavy theoretical discussions, but overall, it enriches the Foundation mythos. What did you think about how Asimov handled the balance between action and philosophical exploration in this book?

One thing that stood out to me in Foundation's Edge was how Asimov expanded on the idea of humanity's place in the galaxy, especially through the mysterious planet Gaia. The novel provokes thought about collective consciousness versus individualism, which is pretty rare in sci-fi of its era. While some sections are heavily detailed, I think they serve to provoke deeper reflection rather than just move the plot. Did anyone else find the Gaia concept challenging or inspiring, and how do you interpret its role in the broader Foundation narrative?
